Hi Hemant,

I tried your capsicum sambar and it came out extremely yummy.  I must say u are really talented in cooking and devising new recipes.  I have tried many of your recipes and most of them render a new, different and exotic taste to the dishes.

I really appreciate your good work.

Dear Hemantji, thanks for making the father's day lunch a great success.  Every one liked the pulusu.  My son brought two guests ,who have come from India on a business trip. They praised me for the curry.  I told them that I owe every thing to my brother Hemant.  then I had to tell them every thing about you and your webside.  They were so pleased and told me that they will ask their wives to look into the website to improve their cooking. Thanks

Reaspected Hemant Sir,
Sir, i had tried bisibele bhat from your website.  It was just superb. All this days I was making it, but I was not getting that much satisfaction. But the receipe which u have suggested is very easy and very good taste. Sir if possible please give us the receipe of chinese fried rice. So that from your blessing and with this wonderful gift I can make my family happy.

hello Hemant Sir,
I don't know how to express my happiness, which i have got from your website. In this kalyug u have guided us like our family memeber by suggesting me in my cooking without any self interest. As u have guided in your receipe i had tried idly and Channa masala which tasted really excellent, this both the things i had made on Sunday so my children and husband r waiting for next Sunday so that i can try new more receipes. Once again thanking u very much.

Hi Hemant,
Atlast I got time to try two of your receipes this weekend, Surrakai kootu and onion pakoda.  NO wonder both were excellent.
especially the onion pakoda, it came out exactly same as that we get in shops in chennai.
It was really great. Thanks a lot.
