Hi Hemant, I tried the stuffed potato curry yesterday. Thank you so much for that excellent recipe. I liked it very much. Its taste reminded me of 'mutton kola urundai kuzhambu ' very much. Maybe because it has the same ingredients as that of the kuzhambu.... But do you have any other version of this dish without the besan....because I'm having a friend over for dinner this weekend and she is alergic to besan. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hemant, Thank you so much for the spicy brinjal curry recipe. I had to wait till the Indian store here brought their shipment of fresh brinjals. I made it today. It tasted really good. My husband and I had it with rice and both of us liked it. And, I was real happy as I didn't have to worry about the onions. Thanks a lot! Could you please post a couple more recipes? Once again, thank you..

Hemant, you just keep posting recipes. Do not bother about the responses, as all your recipes are excellent. If at all it does not turn well, you can be rest assured that it is not because your recipe is not good... YOu keep posting, we keep trying. Actually, technology should advance to such an extent that you can give us the dishes readymade iso just the recepies... Anyway, your Gounder Rasam is a SUPER HIT!!! Thanks....

Hemantji, The Andra gun powder in steamingly hot rice with ghee and Poriththa appalam is a superhit in our home. I reduced the amount of chillies and garlic to suit our taste. Thanks for the Gun powder recipe.

Hemantji, I tried your Channa kootu in coconut cream. It turned out very good. I tried this with white pumpkin. Last month in Udupi restaurant they served a kootu with white pumpkin. We liked it very much. One thing I made out was it had cocunt, green chillies and jeera in it. When you posted channa in cocunut cream, immediately it occurred to me that Udupi pumpkin koottu was something similar. So I tried your recipe and it turned out as Udupi style koottu. My husband says it is much tastier than Udupi koottu. He loves good food and he is a good critic also. The credit goes to you . Thanks a lot.

Hello Hemant, I made your tri colour pulav for lunch today. The taste was quite different. It had a strong capsicum flavour but I liked it very much. Thanks again for the wonderful recipe. Could you please post some recipes using broccoli and asparagus?

From: Lakshmi (@ 217.chattanooga-02rh15rt.tn.dial-access.att.net) on: Fri Apr 5 13:50:58
Hemantji, Yesterday I made Capsicum Biriyani and true to your words, the aroma of capsicum and the taste of it took our breath away. My husband just loved it. As you said, without compromising on the taste, with the judicious use of spices, this biriyani is simply delicious.
